Important notice: The impact of rising fuel costs

As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, we want to provide an update on the temporary fuel surcharge.

While wholesale diesel prices remain elevated at approximately 50% above pre-crisis levels, recent movements indicate some easing. Reflecting these changes in underlying fuel-related freight costs, the fuel surcharge will be reduced from 1.3% to 1.1%, effective Wednesday, 13 May.

Market conditions remain volatile, with continued uncertainty in global supply dynamics. We will continue to monitor developments closely and review the surcharge in line with any material changes in underlying fuel costs.


Estimated Delivery Time frames

  • Orders are sent from Australia. Deliveries generally take 2 to 8 business days in Australia & 6 to 27 Days to New Zealand.

Freight Charge Australia

  • $10.95 AUD flat fee for all orders (except bulky and heavy items with 5kg or over in weight)

  • For heavy and bulky items a flat fee of $39.95 AUD applies

  • When a mix of heavy & bulky items is bought in conjunction with standard items then both freights are charged i.e. $50.90 AUD

Freight Charges New Zealand

  • $12.95 NZD flat fee for all orders (except bulky and heavy items with 5kg or over in weight)

  • For heavy and bulky items a flat fee of $39.95 NZD applies

  • When a mix of heavy & bulky items is bought in conjunction with standard items then both freights are charged i.e. $52.90 NZD
